KPMG's Advisory Services practice provides a broad range of client-focused IT, internal audit and business performance advisory services. Due to unprecedented growth we currently have career opportunities for talented, experienced and career orientated individuals to join our Advisory Services practice in both our Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices. We are seeking candidates for Manager and Senior Manager level.
Responsibilities:
develop relationships with clients, identify and pursue business opportunities with the financial services sector, especially in the banking sector
lead, manage and deliver IT projects within the banking sector, especially within Core-banking, Capacity planning, IT Architecture, Credit Risk Scoring System, Market Risk Engine, etc
lead IT advisory team to deliver other advisory services to clients on IT project management, IT system selections, IT strategy and IT security
act as a subject matter expert in banking related IT audit
Qualifications:
a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology
core-banking (T24, Flexcube) professional certificates will be a plus
project management, IS security professional qualifications will be a plus
Knowledge/Experience:
minimum of 8 years of experience in IT related field in the Financial services sector
demonstrate full project lifecycle experience (e.g., proposals, requirements, development, testing, and deployment) for at least 2 core-banking projects (T24, Flex cube).
demonstrate a profound understanding of banking business processes including accounting lending, borrowing and treasury
experience working with senior management in scope management, reporting on project status, issue escalation, risk management.
analytical and creative thinking
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
an excellent command of written and spoken English
international working experience will be a plus
